Secondly, in the process of injection moulding, raw materials and additives of plastic products such as resins will corrode the surface of injection moulds, thus affecting the accuracy of the whole injection moulds.
The surface gloss of plastic products generally has high requirements, so the surface roughness of injection mould cavity is very small in the process of injection moulding production. In order to meet the standards of plastic products and injection moulding processing, the porosity of mould steel must be selected without impurities. After manufacturing the injection moulds, the surface polishing and grinding of the mould cavity must also be processed.
There are four criteria for judging the quality of injection mold in Jinan. In the process of using injection mold to produce plastic products, because of the high-speed flow of plastic raw materials in the injection mold cavity, there will be a lot of friction on the surface of the whole mold. Therefore, it is necessary to select wear-resistant die steel to ensure the quality of products to maintain stability throughout the injection process.
